Step 1：Warm-up
课件出示关于职业的工具，让学生根据工具猜测职业。运用重点句型What does he/she do?He/she is…操练P48中的单词taxi driver、cleaner、writer、singer、dancer、football player。
Step 2：Presentation

1.要求学生浏览文本，找出关键词，如何抓听重点。
2.选出正确答案。
3.答案核对。
Let’s talk
1.学生通读预习，了解大体意思。
2.师生互译，精读文本内容，对难点单词及句子进行标注。
3.再次阅读，并独自找出以下问题的答案。
a.Where is Oliver’s father?
b.What does Oliver’s father do?
c. What does Sarah’s mother do?
d.What does Oliver want to be?
4.核对答案，朗读文本内容。

讲解：在没有Be动词或情态动词的陈述句中，变特殊疑问句时要借助助动词，其结构为：特殊疑问词+助动词+主语+动词原形+其他？
3.操练其余题目，重点对于变化步骤进行讲解。
