教学目标：
1. 知识与技能:本课要求学生会听、说、读、写单词bike, car, truck, bus. 学会说句子: Let's take a___.学会唱歌曲"The Wheels on the Bus." 通过听说唱演等不同方式培养学生对语言的感受能力。
2. 情感态度价值观:通过多样性的活动,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,调动积极性，使学生在英语课堂中不断体验成功,感受乐趣,树立自信心,促进学生综合语言运用能力的发展。
教学重点、难点：
本课重点单词、句子，并会口头运用所学会本课歌曲。

磁带,单词卡片
教学过程：
Part 1: Greeting and a free talk
1. Greeting.
Hello, boys and girls! How are you today?
2. Drill
Act out turn right, turn left, go straight and go up the stairs. Say the words with the students a few times as do the actions.
Part 2: Presentation
Teach the new words: bus, car, bike, taxi
卡片教学法：教师快速变幻自己手中的单词卡片，并问：
T: What's this?
S: A car.
T: Good! What's that?
S: A bike.
T: And that is ___?
S: A taxi.
T: The last one is ___?
S: A bus.
对话练习
T: How do you go to school?
S: I go to school by bike.
T: How do you go home?
S: I go to school by bus.
T: How do you go to the zoo?
S: I go to school by taxi.
T: How do you go to restaurant?
S: I go to school by car.
解释介词by的意思，在这里就是“用，借助于”的意思，by后面可以直接接任意的交通工具，不要加量词“a”。e.g. By bike也可以说成 ride a bike，ride后面加“a”，而by不用。
同样 by bus 也可以说成 take a bus。
