一、教学目标
(一)知识和能力目标
1、能够掌握本单元所有四会单词。
2、能够用相关句型描述五个国家的特征。
3、能够运用英语谈论对这五个国家进行介绍,把所学英语知识运用到实际生活中来。
(二)情感目标
激发学生学习兴趣,增强自信心,并培养学生团结协作精神。
(三)文化目标
拓展学生的文化视野,并培养学生的爱国主义精神。
(四)教学方法和策略
1、通过小组合作学习的方式,培养学生协作精神。
2、创设真实情景,使英语生活化,培养学生综合语言运用能力。
二、教学重难点
(一)教学重点
能够听懂、认读和运用本单元的所有词汇,用相关句型描述五个国家的特征,并掌握它们的差异。
(二)教学难点
归纳和总结本单元的重要内容,要求能够把所学到的语言灵活运用到生活当中进行交际。
三、教学过程
Class opening
1.Greetings and lead in
T: In this unit we have learned the names of the countries, the flags and the languages and so on. Today we are going to play a game to review them. If you can pass it,You will be the winners.
2.Guess, say and point
T: First, let’s guess which country it is. Listen to me carefully. It is our motherland. We live in this country. And the 29th Olympic Games were held in its capital city. Do you know it?
S: It’s China.
T: Yes, China is great! Can you point it on the map?
S: Yes.
【设计意图:老师叙述国家的特征,让学生猜出国家名称并指出在世界地图上的位置。学生加深了对各国在世界地图上位置的记忆。】
(分组合作:一个学生描述,另外一个学生猜,最后一个学生指出这个国家在世界地图上的位置,教师只需在旁相机引导即可。)
