Lesson 13 Beijing is great!
一、教学目标
(一)知识和技能目标
1、能听懂会说北京一些著名景点的单词。
2、能用This is…,there is…,It is…句型来介绍,并能形成作文。
(二)情感态度
使学生乐于学习英语,能够积极的用英语进行交流并通过讨论出行方式激发学生的学习兴趣与合作。
(三)文化意识
通过介绍北京的名胜古迹,使学生感受首都的伟大,培养学生的爱国热情。
(四)学习过程与策略
依托多媒体课件,借助情景,设计各种任务型活动,激发学生学习英语的兴趣和自信心,提高学生的自学能力以及灵活运用英语语言的能力。
二、教学重难点
(一)教学重点
学生能够用句型 This is…,there is…,It is…句型来对人或者事物作介绍。
(二)教学难点
学生在老师的指导下能够书写一些句子,对北京的名胜古迹进行赞美。
三、教学过程
Class opening
1.Greetings and review.
Say the words like this.
long tall fat (adj.)

2.Lead in.
Travel is very interesting.
New concepts
1.Look at the video.
Show a little movie of the Palace Museum,Tian’anmen Square and the Great Wall.
This is the Palace Museum. It is very beautiful.
Tian’anmen Square is in Beijing. It is very famous.
This is the Great Wall. It is very long.

(引导学生发现like的意思和love相近,并用love 造句。)
