这一单元的内容主要包含A B两部分。A部分主要学习用英文来表达最喜欢的季节，描述不同的季节特征。Let’s spell部分学习辅音字母组合“gr”和““br”在单词中的发音规律。B部分主要学习用英文来描述喜欢不同季节的理由，学习不同季节可以参加的户外活动，并通过短文阅读、听力练习等来掌握”Which season do you like best ? I like …best .Because …”这一因果句式。

主要教学策略
为了顺利完成教学目标，更好地突出重点、突破难点，我采用创设情景，两人小组会话练习等方式让学生理解单词词意，并配上适当的动作让学生体会,让学生在轻松快乐的氛围中学习英语，我设计了热身、预习、新授、练习、任务这五个井然有序的环节。教学不是简单的知识传授，为了不使教学变得枯燥无味，我采用多种教学手段，如比较形象直观的单词卡片，教学光盘等启发、引导学生思维，培养不同层次的学生大胆用英语交际的能力，让学生真正进入实际情景中去交流。

教学内容：Part A Let’s learn Read and match （第一课时）
教学目标:
1.能听、说、读、写单词season, spring, summer, autumn, winter。
2.初步掌握句型Which season do you like best?并能回答。
教学重难点：
1.掌握单词season, spring, summer, autumn, winter的发音。
2.掌握Let’s learn中如何询问和回答最喜欢的季节，并能试着说出理由。

教学过程：
Step1 . Revision
1.引导学生复习形容天气的单词cold, warm, hot, cool.
cold,cold— It’s cold.用同样方式复习余下单词。
2.复习四年级下册询问天气的句型
T: What’s the weather like in Yanbian? Ss: It’s cold/…
Step 2. Presentation
（1）Learn the new words: season, spring, summer, autumn, winter.
T: spring, spring spell it please Ss: spring, spring S-P-R-I-N-G

（3）Talk about the weather.
T: What’s the weather like today? Is it cold? Ss: No, it’s warm.引出spring
T: Which season is cold? 引出season，winter.
T: Do you know another season? 引出summer, autumn(反复教读单词)
（4）Let’s learn.
S1: Spring. It’s warm and sunny.
T: Which season do you like best?
S2:Summer.I can go swimming every day.
…
反复操练并让学生掌握该句型。
（5）Listen to the tape，分角色读Let’s learn. 请学生翻译句子。

1.Role- play：
猜一猜，学生灵活并运用所学单词练习句型：
S1: Which season do you like best?
S2:Spring/….I can … 反复练习。
2.Read and match:Read and choose the right pictures.

背诵并默写四会单词及句型。

教学内容：Part A Let’s try Let's talk （第二课时）
教学目标:
1.能听懂Let’s try部分的内容,并勾选出正确的图片。
2.听、读Let’s talk部分，运用核心句子“Which season do you like best?”“Spring/Winter/….It’s pretty/I like snow/…”来谈论最喜欢的季节，并变换单词，分角色练习对话，说出简单的理由。
教学重难点：
1.掌握句型“Which season do you like best?”并能在实际情境中运用。
2.能正确回答“Which season do you like best?”并能说出喜欢的理由。
教学准备：教学光盘、单词卡片
教学过程：
Step1 .Revision
1.Review “the weather”.
What’s the weacher like?
It’s warm /hot/cool/cold/sunny/windy/snowy/….并让学生说出划线部分单词意思。
2.Review the words. season,spring, summer, autumn, winter 并将单词带入句型中去复习：
T: Which season do you like best?
Ss: Spring. It’s warm./…(用同样句式复习其他单词)反复操练此句型。
Step 2. Presentation
1. Let’s talk.
（1）学习重点单词、短语和句型：beautiful—It’s very beautiful.
pretty—It’s pretty.(教师可以自己找一找并板书)
（2）Listen to the tape and read the dialogue .
（3）学生自读课文，并根据课文回答提问：
T: Which season do you like best?
Ss: Winter/…. I like snow./It’s pretty.
反复操练几个句型，让学生掌握。
（4）请学生讲解重点句子，并对重点做好笔记。
2. Let’s try.What is the weather like today？Listen and write.
Step 3. Practice
灵活运用所学重点单词和句型造句。
T: What is the weather like today?
Ss: It’s warm/….
T: Which season do you like best?
Ss: Spring/….

教学目标:
1.能掌握动词短语：go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples, make a snowman。
2.能掌握问句“Which season do you like best?”更详细的回答方式。
教学重难点：
1.熟练掌握短语：go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples, make a snowman。
2.能将本课重点短语运用到句型“I often go on a picnic/...with my family.”中去。
3.能熟练回答“Which season do you like best?”并能说明理由。
教学准备：教学光盘、单词卡片
教学过程：
Step 1 . Revision
1.开火车的形式拼读单词：season, spring, summer, autumn, winter。
2.复习对话：
T: Which season do you like best?
Ss: Winter/…. I like snow./It’s pretty.反复操练巩固句型。
Step 2. Presentation
1. Learn the phrases: go on a picnic, go on a picnic—I often go on a picnic.
用以上方式反复教其余词组：go swimming, pick apples, make a snowman.
2. Learn the sentence:
T: Which season do you like best?
Ss: Spring. I often go on a picnic.
替换单词或词组反复操练此句型，让学生掌握此句型。
3. Listen to the tape and read it again.分角色读。
4. 师生互译短语和重点句子。
Step 3. Practice
1. Ask and answer： 两人一小组进行对话练习。
A: Which season do you like best?
B: Winter. I often play in the snow.
用表格内的词组进行替换操练。
2.学生灵活运用短语和句型去造句
I like spring. Ican plant flowers./I like summer. I can go swimming./...

背诵并默写四会词组及句型

1.重点掌握学习目标中的句型，要求学生能在真实的情景中运用。
2.正确运用答句“Because I can…”。

教学过程：
Step1 . Revision
1.Review the phrase: go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples, make a snowman.
(板书：go on a picnic—I often go on a picnic with my family.让学生替换词组反复复习。)

反复进行替换练习，要求学生说出理由。
Step 2. Presentation
（1）学习重点单词、短语和句型，good job, because,…。（教师可以自己找一找，并板书）

（3）学生自读课文，并根据课文回答提问：

Ss: I like spring best.
T: Why?
Ss: Because the weather is pretty.
反复操练几个句型，让学生掌握。
（4）请学生讲解重点句子，并对重点做好笔记。
（5） Listen “let’s try”，Choose the right picture.
Step 3. Practice
各组组长带领组员进行小组间分工讨论交流，并展示,学生评价后老师进行讲评。

教学目标:
1.能听读chant，并总结Let’s spell中字母组合gr和br在单词中的发音规律。
2.能掌握句型“I like spring best because…. ”。 w

1.总结gr和br在单词中的发音规律,能找出含有字母gr和br的单词。
2.加强听力练习。能听懂短文内容，并完成提出的问题。
教学准备：教学光盘、单词卡片
教学过程：
Step1 . Revision
1.Sing a song“What’s your favourite season？”.
2.Rewiew the words in this unit.（Page72）师生互译。
3.Rewiew the sentences:
T: Which season do you like best?
Ss: I like spring best.
T: Why?
Ss: Because there are pretty flowers.
分小组进行操练。
Step 2. Presentation
1.Learn“Let’s spell”.
（1）Let’s chant.
（2）Read these words：brown library brother umbrella /br/
green grass grandpa grow /gr/ （板书）
Can you find out the same and the difference?
（3）Look at page 16，read and group the words.
Step 3. Practice
1.Read and write.
找出四幅图中出现的陌生单词，板书后反复教读；学生自己读一读短文，并完成相应练习。

1.朗读本单元的单词和词组。
2.抄写read and write并背诵。

3.字母组合gr的发音是/gr/,字母组合br的发音是/br,/读出有gr和br组合的单 词（再次复习let’s spell）.
4.Role- play“ main scene”P12—P13（时间允许时进行。）

1.Conclusion：
（1）Review the words and phrases：1）spring, spring—I like spring best.
用同样方式复习其余关于季节的单词。
（2）go on a picnic, go on a picnic— I can go on a picnic.
用同样方式复习其余的动词短语。（灵活运用本单元所学单词进行复习，反复操练。）
2.Review the sentence:

Ss: Spring/….
T: Why?
Ss: Because the flowers are pretty.
灵活运用本单元所学句型反复练习。

背诵并默写本单元的四会单词及句型。
